Small House Media Production
Small House. Everything you need all under one roof.
Small House Media Production was founded by Alec Small in Denver, CO in 2020. During that time, Alec worked with Chris Dyer of Positive Creations, a working relationship that continues today, and spent four years at Rooster Magazine, where he built the foundation of his craft. In 2026, Alec relocated to Tampa, FL to pursue Small House Media full time and to build community in his new city — launching the Tampa Spanish Meetup, the Tampa Networking Meetup, and Small Talk Tampa. Since then, Small House has gone on to work with a growing range of local clients and businesses across the Tampa Bay area.

What Small House Offers
Graphic Design
Print and digital design covering everything from merch and business cards to logos, letterheads, and full brand identity systems. Whether you're launching a new business or refreshing an existing one, Small House builds design work that looks professional across every touchpoint, print and digital alike.
Photography
Event photography, professional headshots, and family portraits, shot with an eye for genuine moments rather than stiff, posed setups. Whether it's a corporate event, a personal branding session, or a family gathering, Small House delivers polished, usable images quickly.
Videography
Event coverage, content creation, and social media video built to actually get watched. From full event recaps to short-form content designed for Instagram and TikTok, Small House handles filming and editing start to finish.
Drone Work
Certified drone coverage for house tours, building inspections, and cinematic FPV footage. Whether you need a real estate listing to stand out or a construction site documented from above, Small House brings a certified, professional aerial perspective to the job.
Building Community
Beyond client work, Alec has built several ongoing community projects in Tampa Bay: the Tampa Spanish Meetup, a language-exchange social night; the Tampa Networking Meetup, a no-agenda gathering for local professionals; and Small Talk Tampa, a blind-date series filmed around the city.
